Vox is a new personal blogging service from Six Apart, the creater of popular blog software applications like TypePad, MovableType, and Live Journal. Vox is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) blogging application with a Web 2.0 taste. Though it is yet to be launched later this year.
- Control exactly who gets to see each of your posts and photos.
- See all the posts from your friends and family on one page.
- Bring in content from other web services you already use (Amazon, YouTube, more).

Krun.ch is a simple tool that simplifies the process of compressing and sending your files online. Krun.ch isn’t a replacement for the traditional desktop compression tools, but its just a tool that makes things easier by cutting down all the ‘krunching’ hassles! .
Its has nice user and easy interface for easy uploading of files . Multiple uploaded files can be compressed to .zip, .rar, .gzip formats. It also has a feature of sending the files through mails.

Wishlistr is more a Web 2.0 interface than a web 2.0 applications, though it has nice AJAX usage in few common places. Wishlistr helps make a webpage with the links to out wishes. Just like Amazon wishlist but you can choose from few very nice designs to show up your wishes. Not that great still pretty sweet

MODx : CMS

MODx is a content management system with AJAX goodness (or Web 2.0 as they say). The code is neat and gives a true CMS feel. Though I liked the admin Interface more, the panel offers a wide range of options , Tools, extra plugins , stats checking etc. like a true CMS .
I should say it does a lot more than other AJAX based scripts like AJAXpress and AJAX Portal . But still it needs a lot more to get into high level category of scripts like Joomla and Wordpress.

MxGraph is somewhat an all round editor. That is, it does many work that an text/graph editor does, creating a text page to a detailed graphical layout. in other words MxGraph is JGraph in a browser. It uses Javascript, SVG and VML, along with an XML communications protocol to provide an interactive graph visualization toolkit in a standard Internet browser. The demo of MxGraph is a pure client-side implementation, but there is also a version that links to a server and enables many people to view and interact with the same diagrams simultaneously. But if compared to text editor like writely and Gliffy it has to go a lot.

everystockphoto.com is another great resource for free stock photos. everystockphoto is indexing over 250,000 creative commons, public domain and other attribution licensed photos.
Jonathan Yapp also tells about plans on morphing into an image exchange but keeping the focus on free media and related resources in mind. Everystockphoto is currently adding about 20,000 new photos per week. It sure has a good scope in the market as there are always photo hungry people/designers, especially for free ones . Freebie site always pick up fast, I have noted few good ones after the success of stock.xchng like everystockphotos and IconBuffet
